
Payment
ELLE S'APPELLE must receive full payment for your order before we can personalise your jewellery. Payment is by cheque only. Please make cheques payable to "ELLE S'APPELLE", with the cheque guarantee card number and expiry date clearly printed at the reverse.
Delivery
As we do all the engraving ourselves, your jewellery will be ready within two weeks. If you have an urgent request, please call us to discuss.
Your jewellery will be gift wrapped and sent by Royal Mail "Special Delivery", at the cost of £4.50. Please note that this service requires a signature on arrival.
You are also welcome to collect your order from our studio in Wimbledon.
For international postage, please contact the studio.
Returns
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been personalised, unless faulty. In the unlikely event that a purchase arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately, and return your order within 7 days. Please retain proof of postage. ELLE S'APPELLE cannot accept responsibility for parcels unless returned goods are sent by special delivery and in their original packaging.
Materials
All ELLE S'APPELE jewellery is sterling silver 925. This is the Standard Silver Hallmark, which means 925 parts out of a thousand are silver and 75 parts are copper. All our silver is hand polished. Over a period of time all silver products are prone to tarnish. We recommend you gently polish your jewellery with a soft, non-abrasive silver polish cloth to restore its shine. Also, please note that when you keep loose pieces together, they may in time scratch upon contact with each other.
