Delivery

Each piece of jewellery is engraved by us in our studio. Please allow 10 days for your jewellery to be ready for postage. If you have an urgent request, please email us, and we will do our best to meet your deadline. Deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Registered Post, a signature will be required upon delivery.

International orders are dispatched within 10 days, but may be subject to delays in customs. We use Royal Mail and FEDEX to deliver our overseas orders and all deliveries need to be signed for. Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country.

Returns

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been personalised, unless faulty. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately, and return your order within 7 days. Please retain proof of postage. ELLE S'APPELLE cannot accept responsibility for parcels unless returned goods are sent by special delivery and in the original packaging.

Cleaning & Care

All ELLE S'APPELLE jewellery is sterling 925 silver. This is the standard silver hallmark, which means 925 parts out of a hundred are silver and 75 parts are copper.

All our silver is hand polished. Over a time all silver products are prone to tarnish. We recommend you gently polish your jewellery with a soft, non-abrasive silver polish cloth to restore its shine. Also, please note that when you keep loose pieces together, they may in time scratch upon contact with each other. Do not spray perfume onto jewellery, perfume first - then jewellery. Do bring your ELLE S'APPELLE jewellery to Ibiza, wear your jewellery on the beach, not in the pool or sea. The ELLE S'APPELLE Forget Me-Knot-bracelet is made form the finest waxed cotton cord and will therefore wear with everyday use.
